Thank you for shopping at Mighty Oak Mercantile! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

In-Store Pickup Prefer to shop local? We also offer in-store pickup at our retail location. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address] and we'll make it right.
